Any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms may result in the cancellation of the Promo Code and potential legal actions. 7.2. eLoanWarehouse reserves the right to recover any discounts or benefits provided through the Promo Code if they were obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.

9. General Terms: 9.1. These Terms are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which eLoanWarehouse operates (the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians (the “Tribe”), a federally-recognized sovereign American Indian Tribe 9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of Promo Codes shall be resolved according to the dispute resolution mechanism outlined in our general terms and conditions.
